Frequently asked
What do I receive?
Digital files only: high-resolution JPGs at 300 DPI, delivered through Etsy as soon as your payment clears. Nothing is shipped to you.
Are the frames or props included?
No. The frames, furniture and objects in our photos are there to show the print in a room. You receive the artwork files.
What sizes can I print?
It depends on the collection. Each listing includes several ratios (for example 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11×14 and ISO A sizes). Our printing guide lists the sizes for each ratio.
Will the colours look exactly like my screen?
Colours can vary between screens, printers, inks and papers. A matte paper and a good print shop get you closest to what we designed.
Can I ask for a custom city map?
Yes. Order the custom city map on Etsy and tell us the city or area, the style and the size. You get a preview before the final files.
Can I use the prints commercially?
Our files are for personal use. If you want to use a design for something else, write to us first.
